Our recruitment process

Whether you applied to a specific opened job or you just submitted your CV in the event of a future opportunity, your application will be analyzed by our HR specialists and, if it meets our needs, you will be contacted within 2 weeks. If you don’t hear from us within 2 weeks, it means that for the moment, unfortunately, you will not receive a positive response. Even so, your application will be kept for 6 months in our database and if an opportunity arises, we will contact you. If your application suits us, these are the steps that we will go through together:

Phone contact

The first step of the recruitment process is the phone contact where you and our recruiter will establish the date and time of our first meeting, the interview.

Interview

This step consists of a discussion about your experience, the projects you have been involved in and what you want to do next with your career. It is also an opportunity for us to provide you information about who we are, a detailed description of the job, who are the people you would be working with and any other information that you would like to know related to the job you applied for.

Technical test

You will be asked to take a test to help us assess your technical knowledge and skills. Depending on the job requirements, the test may be written, or consist of a practical test or a technical interview with one of our specialists.

FeedBack

We will contact you in the interval that was communicated to you at the interview and you will receive our response, whether it’s a positive or negative one.

Our Offer

If our response is a positive one, you will be invited for a final discussion where you will be made an offer including your salary and benefits

Final formalities

We will assist you through the whole process of registration and we will counsel you about all the legal and administrative issues.
